Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Provide construction services which will consist of improvements to the entire length of Chestnut Street, McGovern Court, Traci Road, Walter Brooks Drive North, and the sections of Maple Street and Oak Street from Ardmaer Drive to Old York Road, including but not limited to milling and overlay the pavement with full-depth reconstruction in certain areas, storm sewer upgrades, new handicap ramps, areas of sidewalk and curb replacement, areas of new curb and sidewalk, driveway apron repairs and a small area of block retaining wall installation. Project length for Chestnut Street is approximately 3,250 linear feet, the project length for McGovern Court is approximately 330 linear feet, the project length for Traci Road is approximately 1,000 linear feet, the project length for Walter Brooks Drive North is approximately 900 linear feet, the project length for Maple Street is approximately 620 linear feet and the project length for Oak Street is approximately 400 linear feet. All disturbed areas will be restored to their original condition. The Bids for this project have been broken out into a Base and Alternate Bid. The Base Bid includes all improvements to the entire lengths of Chestnut Street, McGovern Court, Traci Road, and Walters Brook North, whereas the Alternate Bid includes improvements to the sections of Maple Street and Oak Street (Ardmaer Drive to Old York Road). Bridgewater Township will evaluate the successful Bid and determine whether to award the construction services for both the Base and Alternate Bid or for the Base Bid alone. Therefore, it is it the sole responsibility of the bidder to check the website from now through the bid opening. All bid results will be posted on the Township website. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A.40A:11 1 seq. governing bidding requirements.
