Contract number : 39542700 Title of the contract: Execution on Demand Contract - Electricity Territory of the buildings concerned: Various buildings in Saguenay The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Societe") is issuing a public call for tenders for the conclusion of a performance-on-demand contract to carry out construction work for the buildings and specialties mentioned in the title.
Caution : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. IMPORTANT NOTICES Recommendation for submission of tenders electronically In order to preserve the health of the personnel of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bid electronically through the electronic bidding system. Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders submit as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contract documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions. Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a bid undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and send it to the Company at the address of following email: infosoumissionDISLSJCN@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . CONTRACT LENGTH The contract covered by this invitation to tender is for a period of 36 months from its effective date. The probable start date of the contract is between July 1 , 2022 and August 1 , 2022.
SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years.
TERMS Only bids submitted by bidders who meet the following conditions will be considered: have in Quebec, or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours;
have the required qualifications and hold the licenses required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1).
TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Societe under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date . and the deadline for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
