This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitationwill not be issued. (ii) The National Park Service contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. REQUIREMENT The contractor shall provide the necessary equipment, supervision, and staff to repair and silicone roofs of outbuildings at Parashant National Monumnet. All tasks shall conform to the requirements listed in the attached Scope of Work. SCHEDULE & PLACE OF PERFORMANCE This contract will be for a service period of approximately 90 days. Place of Performance: Parashant National Monument, Mohave county. SITE VISIT A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 9:00 AM PD (AZ local time). Interested parties meet at Parashant National Monument, Dellenbaugh Site, AZ. Vehicles suitable for off-road tires, 4 wheel drive and high clearance is recommended due to the road conditions. Make required repairs and tape all repaired and exposed fastener locations. Wash roofs and apply two coats of 100% silicone roof coating to all metal roofs in accordance with NPS and manufactures specifications.
