Municipal Elementary located at 5775 S 2200 W Roy, Utah 84067. Roy Elementary located at 2888 W 5600 S Roy, Utah 84067. Please see attached plan and specifications for each project. Contractors are welcome to bid on both projects or just one The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest. Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office.
