Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Roy, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Improving the HVAC & Domestic water systems for the Roy City Recreation Complex. Existing steam boiler will be replaced with new heating water boilers. New piping, coils, heat exchangers. The work generally consists of improving the HVAC and Domestic water systems for the Roy City Recreation Complex. The existing steam boiler will be replaced with new heating water boilers. New piping, coils, and heat exchangers will also be provided as part of this project. Additionally, a soft water system to serve the building and a new domestic water distribution system will be installed. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at the Roy City Recreation Complex located at 2150 West 4700 South in Roy City, Utah. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $695,000 All questions relative to this project are due by 3:00 PM, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, and shall be directed to the Project Manager, Jory Wahlen, jory@wasatchcivil.com.
