Renovation of an educational facility in Newport, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Northern Kentucky University Housing buildings Kentucky, Commonwealth, and University suites are up for roof restoration cycle. Scope will consist of removing and replacing asphalt fiber glass shingle roofing on all 3 university housing buildings listed above. Metal flashing, counter flashing, and drip edge will be removed and replaced. If areas of counter flashing cannot be reused, provide new material per the unit price section. If areas of plywood roof sheathing are discovered to be substandard, provide new material in place per the unit price section of this specification. Roof ventilation as applicable, roof vents or ridge vent, is part of the work. Refer to specifications Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, supervision, and equipment required to perform roof restoration of (3) university housing buildings asphalt fiber glass shingle systems.
