It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver parts for Analog Classroom Upgrades on an "As Needed" basis, if and when ordered by Central Piedmont Community College. The Contract shall have an initial term of one year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date") At the end of the Contract's initial term, the State shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The State reserves the right to extend a contract term for a period of up to 180 days in 90-day-or-less increments. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.
