Renovation of a water / sewer project in York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contract No. 1: General Construction involves the installation of a new UV Disinfection unit and enclosure, installation of a new wet well with three submersible pumps and control panel and installation of a chemical feed system. The work also includes sitework including piping modifications and expansion, surface restoration, etc. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on May 23, 2022, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Nick Bayer via email at NBayer@CPLteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on May 24, 2022, from the office of the Engineer. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Executive Orders 11246 and 11375, which prohibit discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. The successful bidder must be an equal opportunity employer, must meet all appropriate State and Federal standards, and comply with all relevant governmental regulations. 30% Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) (any combination of MBE and/or WBE participation)
