Reference number : 1606189 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope PROJECT: Rehabilitation of Rang de la Pointe-Levis over +- 1,900 meters The municipality of Saint-Damien-de-Buckland is requesting tenders for the repair work on Rang de la Pointe-Levis over approximately 1,900 metres. The work includes, but is not limited to, the complete repair of the roadway (subfoundation, foundation and paving) and the replacement of four (4) culverts. The work will be carried out as part of the Acceleration component of the MTQ's local road assistance program (PAVL). They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program. The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
