Questions and Answer Addendum Posted 5:00PM July 19, 2022 The proposals relate to the performance of the following work: The work associated with the California Institution for Men (CIM) Air Cooling; Facility A project will be located inside the existing Facility A secure perimeter. This project will install new roof-mounted heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to replace existing roof-mounted heating and ventilation equipment at the eight Facility A Housing Units, as well as associated electrical and plumbing work. Work includes the demolition of existing roof-mounted equipment, the installation of new HVAC units and the associated electrical, condensate drainage, and housing unit roof repair work.
