If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $150.00 per calendar day as specified in the General Conditions The basis of award will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest Base Bid amount excluding any alternates not awarded. All Unit Prices listed will be evaluated and awarded. Payments to the Contractor pursuant to this Contract shall be made no later than 30 days after the States receipt of a proper invoice from the Contractor.
