Authorization to contract/certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, in order to to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline date and time indicated in the Instructions to tenderers and/or in the Additional Instructions . SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 3% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee".
