Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Plymouth, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 140-square-foot development; for site work for a development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project consists of construction of a new 140 square foot Wildlife Viewing Blind, access stairway, gravel parking area and walkway. The project is located within the IDFG Payette River Wildlife Management Area, in Payette County, approximately two miles northeast of New Plymouth, Idaho. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder at the time of bid opening if total bid is equal to or greater than $50,000. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid. Description: The work consists of minor grading of existing topsoil and providing, placing, grading, and compacting 3/4 " crushed aggregate base gravel for parking area. See plans for approximate area, depth, and quantity to be placed. Construction and Material Requirements: 3/4 " Crushed Aggregate Base (Type I) gravel shall be used as shown in plans. Material, placement, grading, and compaction shall be per Section 802 of the current Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC). Construction methods shall meet the requirements within the applicable sections of the ISPWC. Gradation test results shall be submitted to IDFG for approval prior to material being delivered to project. Work includes providing, placing, grading, and compacting (95% ASTM D698) Crushed Aggregate Base material. Method of Measurement and Pay: 3/4 " Crushed Aggregate Base will be measured and paid by ton. Weight tickets shall be provided to Owner for verification. Water used for compaction shall be considered incidental to this item. Estimated quantity of 3/4 " Crushed Aggregate Base is 75 tons.
