Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Graham, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a parking garage; and for paving for a parking garage.
New Satellite EMS location based on EMS service needs. Space need is 10,000 square feet and may include an EMS garage space if not accommodated in a separate location. A new EMS ambulance with a new crew of 4 positions would be budgeted for FY25-26. Land acquisition will be paid upfront in cash by the County, while construction and upfit will be financed with installment loan proceeds. As of May 19, 2022, this project is in included in the Alamance County's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and funding allocated for 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
