Renovation of a military facility in Graham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,463-square-foot, two-story above grade military facility.
Alamance County is soliciting formal bids for the renovation of an office building, (formerly a bank facility), that will house the Board of Elections. The facility is located at 1128 S. South Main Street, Graham NC 27253. The single-prime bid method applies to this project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked.: Bid Proposal: Board of Elections Renovation Project Bid No.: RFB #23-B001 Contractor's name Contractor's License Number The general scope of work includes all Civil, Landscaping, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Security and Communications Infrastructure systems. The project consists of renovating approximately 4,644 SF to an existing 10,643 SF construction Type IV-B Business Occupancy Building. The project also includes a 715 SF addition to infill the existing bank teller lanes with a new structure. Bidders and sub-contractors must be properly licensed as may be required for this type of work in accordance with Section 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Any permits that may be required for this type of work are the responsibility of the contractor Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE's) are invited and encouraged to bid. Alamance County reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. 2220.1
