This RFP does not commit Skagit Transit to enter into any agreement, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Proposal to this RFP, or in subsequent negotiations, or to procure or contract for the services. Skagit Transit may require the selected respondent(s) to participate in negotiations and to submit any revisions of their proposals as may result from this RFP. All information furnished in this RFP was gathered from sources deemed to be reliable. No representation or warrant is intended as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained herein and Skagit Transit reserves the right to alter or cancel this RFP in its best interest. The Proposer agrees that signing and submitting a proposal in response to this RFP shall be conclusive evidence to Skagit Transit that the Proposer agrees to be bound by all legal requirements and contract terms and conditions contained in this RFP, and that the Proposer has thoroughly examined and fully understands all requirements of the ENTIRE solicitation package, including any Addenda issued, and the work required to complete the Contract, and has made allowances therefore in preparing figures to provide the required services. The failure or neglect of a Proposer to receive or examine any proposal document or any part thereof shall in no way relieve the Proposer from its obligations with respect to its Proposal or to the contract. No claim for additional compensation shall be allowed which is based upon a lack of knowledge thereof. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. As of June 28, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
