This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the York Catholic District School Board ("The Board") Board to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for CCTV Service (the "Services"), as further described in RFP Schedule A- Scope of Work. The Board is in the process of standardizing the CCTV systems manufactured by i3 International. It is preferred that bidders are already certified and have experience servicing on i3 International CCTV systems. If awarded the contract, the proponent must become certified within 4 weeks. If the proponent fails to become certified within the 4 weeks they will be disqualified from the contract. No work orders will be issued for service work until the proponent is certified. The successful Contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing labour and materials to respond to work orders for the repair of the CCTV within a school during the course of this contract.
