York Region District School Board (YRDSB) and York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) are seeking Proposals for Water Testing for Lead to meet regulatory requirements of Reg 243. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for Water Testing for Lead on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Boards to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Boards spend approximately $170,000 per year for Water Testing for Lead. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There are approximately 314 schools throughout York Region. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than the closing date and time. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Document, to receive Addenda/Addendum email notifications, download Addendums and to submit their bid electronically through the Bidding System.
