This project is to construct a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) building of approximately 118,000 (GSF) gross square feet that will provide highly flexible teaching spaces for interdisciplinary learning. The building will feature flexible teaching and collaborative research laboratories, active learning classrooms, administrative space, informal gathering spaces and shell space. The initial construction will provide the necessary teaching space for 4,600 undergraduates and shell space to accommodate future growth. Substantial completion anticipated to be October 2025.
