As of March 7, 2024, per project manager, the project was awarded and is complete. The City of Holts Summit, MO is requesting qualifications for Geotechnical Engineering Services. The services required may include one or more of the following specialized services: Geotechnical Engineering Services - Lake Mykee Lift Station (1) and Venus Lift Station Storage Tank (1) Geotechnical engineering services for one underground lift station including wet well and valve vault and one underground storage tank. Provide geotechnical engineering report for lift station and storage tank site feasibility and recommendations provided by a Geotechnical Engineer licensed in the State of Missouri. Report shall serve as a design basis for structural and corrosion design and provide other recommendations associated with construction of the both lift stations. Statement of Qualifications shall include geotechnical work history of geotechnical reports for lift stations within the last 10 years. Information provided in the response to the RFQ must include: (1) The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services required; (2) The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; (3) The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; (4) The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. The firm will be selected based on the above criteria. Once the most qualified firm is selected, an engineering agreement will be negotiated. RFQ responses shall consist of no more than a two-page letter addressing the selection criteria, with attached information including general company information/brochures, relevant project experience, resumes of project team, and references.
