Scope of work consists of repainting all previously painted interior and exterior surfaces and installation of new abuse-resistant wall covering at Pioneer School of the Arts and per General Notes. The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with 40,000 students and 58 school sites (34 elementary, 11 middle schools, 12 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 331.3 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna). WASD is seeking proposals from qualified organizations ("Organizations," "Respondents," "Bidders," "Proposers" or "Contractors") to prepare and paint the interior and exterior of Pioneer Elementary.
