As of May 30, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase and has been placed on indefinite hold. A design firm has not been selected. It will most likely be re-advertised when a decision is made about the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Providing design services for a 20,000+/- square foot 2-story state of the art facility and innovation facility hub adjacent to the existing Vernon E. Hargray Complex in Historic Miramar. The scope of work will include reception area, business resource and incubator space, art incubator space (digital and photography), training/conference rooms, classrooms and labs, administration offices, multi-purpose room, flexible open shell space, restrooms, and equipment storage area. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City.
