The City of Port Townsend will be accepting equipment bids for: Chetzemoka Park Tree Trimming Project Description: Heavy tree trimming on the massive Cottonwood and the Weeping Willow over the park's house. It is contract work that could involve cranes, climbing, big wood removal and cleanup without damaging the park. Bid Submittal: Bids may NOT be received by email. Only sealed bids will be accepted See Instructions for Bidders. City representative for this project: Questions may be directed to the project manager City of Port Townsend Bre Ganne, Parks Lead Operator 250 Madison Street, Suite 2R Port Townsend, WA 98368 bganne@cityofpt.us Questions which may impact project or bill will be answered, in writing, in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's web page. Schedule and Completion Time: Will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and included in the final contract. All bids must be mailed in or submitted by a delivery service such as UPS or FedEx. Prescribed Forms: Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed bid forms. Right to Reject Bids: The City of Port Townsend reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City of Port Townsend and to waive all informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
