The Minnesota Department of Transportation Detroit Lakes/Morris is accepting bids for the purchase of bituminous material to be picked up by MnDOT District 4 for the purpose of road repair. State agencies may purchase bituminous material for project based on availability, cost, and location of material. Material will be purchased on an as needed basis. Other personnel are not authorized to answer questions regarding this Solicitation. The State reserves the right to: o Reject any and all responses received; o Waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received; o Require responders to conduct presentations, demonstrations, or submit samples; o Award by location or item, including category, by groups of items, or all items (therefore, the responder is encouraged to offer a response for all locations or items); and o Interview key personnel or references.
