The deadline for receiving complaints is set before 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2022. The person designated to receive complaints is Ms. Nancy Roy, clerk at Ville Lac-Mégantic, graff@ville.lac-megantic.qc.ca . A security deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid in the form of a certified check or a bid bond must be attached to the bid. This call for tenders is subject to the trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the public procurement liberalization agreement of Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB). The City of Lac-Mégantic does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any obligation towards the tenderer(s). The City reserves the right to modify the quantities without recourse to the tenderer(s). All tenders must be valid for the period of 90 days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
