Renovation of a residential development in Hamden, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Bids will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Renovations to Good Cents. Selective Renovations include, but are not limited to repaving, replace vinyl siding, replace mechanical systems, renovation of bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. All contractors must comply with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities requirements. All Requests for Information, (RFI) for this bid must be received by 5:00 pm EST, Thursday, June 02, 2022 All bid forms must be completely filled in when submitted. Attention of bidders is directed to certain requirements of this contract which require payment of State prevailing wages, and compliance with certain local, state and federal requirements. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of bid, without the consent of the Housing Authority.
