The New Jersey Water Supply Authority is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Technical Proposals for professional engineering services for the following project: Spruce Run Reservoir Resource Preservation Foundation Grouting Project Clinton Township, Town of Clinton and Union Township Hunterdon County, New Jersey Solicitation RFP WSA-R22024 Note that fee proposals are not being requested at this time. Instructions for obtaining a copy of the Request for Proposals and Scope of Services for this project are posted at website. Interested parties must formally request a copy of the documents and sign a Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement before the Request for Proposals and Scope of Services will be provided. The Authority's Selection Committee will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications, and Technical Proposals using the following list of criteria:
a. Approach presented in the Technical Proposal including Schedule for the proposed work. (45 points)
b. Specific relevant experience and technical competence of the personnel proposed for the project in their designated role and responsibility. (30 points)
c. Records of satisfactory performance by the firm on similar projects. (20 points)
d. Location of Firm and home office locations of key personnel and proposed construction management team. (5 points) The above criteria shall be considered an abbreviated list. Please refer to the RFP for a more detailed description and weighting of the evaluation criteria. After evaluation of all of the submitted Technical Proposals, the highest rated firms, as judged by the Authority's Selection Committee, will be asked to submit a Fee Proposal.
