The Authority is seeking a full-service tunnel cleaning firm that shall perform tunnel cleaning services described herein with its own employees. The firm should demonstrate knowledge and proven expertise with the cleaning of similar structures. The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years (the "Initial Term"). The Authority shall have the option to extend the Initial Term for two (2) additional one-year periods (each one-year period, an "Option Year"); provided, that the exercise of such option(s) shall be within the Authority's sole and absolute discretion; and, provided further, that any such extension shall be on the same terms and conditions as contained in the Contract at the rates provided therein.
