The City of Alhambra, Public Works Department is soliciting Proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services for Alhambra City Hall, Civic Center Library, Police Department and Fire Station No. 71 If you have any questions, please contact Pam Torres via email: ptorres@cityofalhambra.org. May 31, 2022 Question Deadline June 6, 2022 Responses to Questions by 4:00 p.m. via addendum June 27, 2022 Contract awarded by City Council The term of contract will be for Thirty-Six months commencing on July 1, 2022, and will continue and remain in effect until June 30, 2025, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the contract. The Contract may be renewed for two additional 1-year periods upon mutual written agreement of the parties. The City of Alhambra reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, to be the sole judge of the merits and qualifications of the services and/or items offered and the ability of Proposer to responsibly perform. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal submitted or in the procedure and may accept other than the lowest bid offered.
