Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Roadway Pavement Markings, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , ADA Curb Ramps, Revised Signal System, Street/Road Repairs, Curbs, Traffic Control Signal Systems, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Paving (Highway, Road or Street) Description: The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 13,300 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 10,800 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface 3,400 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter (Spot Replacement) 2,900 S F Remove and Replace Pedestrian Curb Ramp 15,300 C Y Excavation (All Types) 3,600 C Y Class 5 Aggregate Base 11,800 C Y Select Granular Embankment 5,300 TON Bituminous Pavement (All Types) 8,500 L F Concrete Curb and Gutter 1.5 ACRE Boulevard Restoration 1 L S Signal System 4,500 L F Pavement Striping . The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Hugo shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
