The building has a three-story wing, a gymnasium, an aquatics area, and a basement. The building is to undergo a complete hazardous materials abatement and a total demolition and remediation of the site. In addition, the adjacent Tonkin Stadium is to be demolished to include; demolition of grandstands, remediation of the site (sprinklers, seed, erosion control), terminate utilities and add site security fencing. Proposals shall include plans for hazardous waste disposal - proposed site for disposal, fees, etc. RFIs due: June 14, 2022 via email as set forth in RFP.
