Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

Without intending to limit or restrict the volume of Work required, the project includes but is not limited to the following Supply, deliver and erect a 32' wide by 64' long prefabricated, one-story office, including site and foundation preparation, utility connections and related work. PREVAILING WAGES: Attention is called to the fact that payment of prevailing wages will be required on this project and the required wages have been included in the documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portion thereof, and to waive any informalities and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township. 1. Excavation of the foundation for the building and utility connections along the eastern side to the required levels. 2. Install foundation, 4' high foundation walls and any support piers in the internal crawl space area. 3. Grading, backfill and seeding of disturbed areas. 4. Provide a prefabricated building which meets all applicable building codes to include the following: a. Vinyl siding and accessories b. 30-year warranty asphalt roof shingles with underlayment and ridge vent c. Interior and exterior LED lighting d. Interior and exterior doors and windows e. Door and window hardware f. Flooring, ceiling and wall finishings g. Roof, wall and crawl space insulation, as required to meet PA energy codes h. HVAC equipment and associated ductwork to all rooms i. HVAC equipment pad outside the building j. Interior plumbing and connection to well line 10 feet outside the building envelope k. Interior waste and vent piping and connection 10 feet outside the building l. Primary electric service, including the meter base, conduits, main control panel, meeting any NEC code requirements for a complete installation m. Interior and exterior electrical conduits, wiring, receptacles, switches, conduit/wiring for control/alarm systems n. Furnish and install cabinets and countertops in the kitchen o. Install sinks, fixtures, toilets, drains, traps, vents, toilet roll and paper towel dispensers, etc. p. Required fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and emergency exit signage lights and room identification signage q. Under cabinet LED lighting in kitchen with switch r.
