The City of Pottsville will receive sealed bids for the following Demolition projects (326-328 E. Norwegian will be one bid for the both properties. 625 & 627 Pierce Street will be separate bids and both will be awarded to one contractor with the lowest responsible bid.) 1. 326-328 E. Norwegian Street 2. 625 Pierce Street 3. 627 Pierce Street 4. 326 E. Arch Street 5. 901 Minersville Street 6. 511 Peacock Street Bidders Shall Submit One (1) Copy of the Bid Form in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked: Bids for Pottsville Demolition Program , For information regarding the demolition project, contact Justin Trefsger at 570-622-1234 ext 1374. Please include in the email all necessary contact information (company name, address, contact person, email, and phone number). A fee of $10.00 for postage and handling will be charged to bidders wishing to receive documents by mail or $35.00 for FedEx delivery without a FedEx account. The contract documents contain requirements addressing nondiscrimination in hiring practices, goals for minority and female participation, MBE and WBE participation, and related matters.
