Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; residential development; for site work for a parking garage; and residential development.
The City of Pottsville will receive sealed bids for the following Demolition projects: 1. 400 & 402 Mahantongo Street (The garage behind 400 Mahantongo Street also is to be demolished. Demolition of Both Properties Must Be Completed by July 1, 2022 Please Note: Bidders Shall Submit One (1) Copy of the Bid Form in a Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked: Bids for Pottsville Demolition Program The bid will be awarded at the next Redevelopment Authority Meeting, For information regarding the demolition project, contact Justin Trefsger at 570-622-1234 ext 1374. Please include in the email all necessary contact information (company name, address, contact person, email, and phone number). The contract documents contain requirements addressing nondiscrimination in hiring practices, goals for minority and female participation, MBE and WBE participation, and related matters.
