As of July 19, 2022, project was awarded to Close Construction Inc., awarded amount is $41,845.99. SCOPE OF WORK OLOMANA SCHOOL Various Locations - Replace Flooring Furnish materials, labor, and equipment necessary to properly install new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) using Shaw Res Pacifica LooseLay LVT or similar over existing flooring and installing cove base in various locations on campus: Admininstration Office, Principal's Office, Staff Restrooms, Multipurpose Room and Security Office (see attached map). 1. Flooring Before ordering flooring, provide product information and warranty to Project Coordinator/School for approval. 2. Installation: Installation of new flooring shall include all prep work necessary to existing substrates for proper installation of new LVP and cove base per industry standards and manufacturer's recommendation. Contractor to furnish flooring LVP and cove base, also recommended manufacturers Mastic and adhesive. 3. Moving Services are required to move office furniture, file and storage cabinets, bookcases, records boxes, light office equipment (excluding copy machines), boxed office supplies and a few desks, chairs and tables/conference tables from the Admin/Business Office, Multipurpose Room, Security office and staff restrooms to identified storage areas on campus. Contractor will need to furnish 75 boxes. School shall be responsible to pack and label boxes. Contractor shall be responsible to move all furniture and boxes necessary to do their work. School shall be responsible for moving all electronic devices. Fixtures in the Restrooms will be removed and replaced by the school.
