Site work for a water / sewer project in Smyrna, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Smyrna is requesting Sealed Bids for a unit-price contract for the installation of approximately 6,500 linear feet of new 6-inch PVC, 4,800 linear feet of new 8-inch PVC and the reconnections of existing water mains, service laterals and fire hydrants. The existing asbestos cement pipe and cast iron water mains will be abandoned in place. TIME FOR COMPLETION: The contract time for Substantial Completion for the total project is 180 calendar-days. The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Quotations and award in the best interest of the City.
