Renovation of a municipal facility in Chariton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier. Question Cutoff Date 5/26/2022 04:30:00 PM (ET) Over view: DOT is seeking an Overhead Door Company to furnish and install six (6) new overhead doors and tracks at the Chariton DOT Maintenance Pole Building as per specifications included in this solicitation. Six (6) Non-insulated overhead pole building doors with weather stripping and rails, installed. Color - white, no windows. Approximate measurements - 14' width, 12' height. Size to be field verified prior to ordering any materials. Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Julie Randall (see bid contract information). Any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Julie Randall in writing preferably through electronically. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below) DOT Estimated Start Date: ASAP upon contract award and Final completion on or before August 12, 2022 or as determined by the Project Manager. This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Please do not include sales tax in your bid amount. Final fit measurements; Contractor is required to conduct a final fit measurement prior to ordering of any materials to ensure accuracy of the measurement as the measurement above is an estimated measurement of the existing doors.
