Site work for an educational facility in Shediac Cape, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Clearing and stripping/grubbing of the new parking lot areas as shown on the contract drawings. .2 Excavating, backfilling, shaping, grading and compacting all areas as required to produce required finish grades, slopes and paved surfaces as per the contract drawings, including swales and shaping of berm in future playground area. .3 Supply and placement of geotextiles, crushed rock subbase, crushed rock base and asphalt as per the contract drawings. .4 Landscaping works including supply and placement of topsoil and hydraulic seeding in all areas shown on contract drawings including all grassed areas disturbed by the work. .5 Placement of pavement markings as per the contract drawings. .6 Supply and installation of concrete curb and concrete sidewalk. .7 Supply and placement of ditch culverts and associated rip-rap. .8 Supply and installation of chain link fence as well as the removal and reinstallation of a section of existing chain link fence at the soccer field. .9 All other work shown on the contract drawings and necessary to perform the work. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
