Dakota County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to update the Miesville Ravine Park Reserve Master Plan. Dakota County, Minnesota, seeks to contract a firm for the purpose of updating the 2005 Miesville Ravine Park Reserve Master Plan (MP). The MP update will include a recreation market analysis, an updated recreation development concept, an interpretive framework, visitor services recommendations, an operations and maintenance analysis, and a natural resources summary. The Dakota County Parks Department is preparing the Parks first Natural Resources Management Plan (NRMP) under a separate contract, which will be used to write the natural resources summary of the MP. Deadline for questions (4:00 PM CST) May 25, 2022 Answers to questions posted (4:00 PM CST) May 27,2022 Notification of Interviews (if needed) June 10, 2022 Interviews (if needed) June 16, 2022 Consultant selection (on or about) July 18, 2022 Project Start (on or about) August 1, 2022 Project Completion December 2023 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
