Culverts are located on St-Édouard Road and Sloan and Church Rows Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Régie des Quebec construction companies. Tender documents may be obtained from May 20, 2022 via the electronic tendering service for Contractors registered for this service. REQUIREMENTS To be considered eligible, any submission must be accompanied by: a bid bond or a certified check equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid in favor of the Municipality of Saint-Édouard and valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the opening of the bids; a letter of intent from a company authorized to stand surety and undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the amount of the contract, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages, materials and labor equivalent to 50% of the contract amount. The Municipality of Saint-Édouard does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened, and no consideration will be given to tenders that do not comply with the estimate or the tender form.
