The work covered by this contract includes: 1. Partial opening of the basement ceiling and drilling into the partitions as well as the beams for the passage of new water pipes. 2. Partial demolition of the concrete slab in the new mechanical room for the addition of a pit. 3. Basic cleanliness installation for new appliances in the new mechanical room. 4. Fire-resistant sealing at the junction of the new conduits and at the fireproof partitions. 5. Excavation located in the parking lot in front of the school for the removal of the old abandoned well. 6. Removal and reinstallation of the doors and curtain wall at the back of the school for the delivery of devices. 7. Repair and cleaning of all surfaces affected by the work. The work covered by this contract includes all the work required to bring drinking water and water treatment to compliance at Ecole Saint-Edouard, 70 rue de l'Ecole a Saint-Edouard, J0L 1Y0. WORK SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT DURATION The Contract comes into force on the date mentioned in the notice of awarding of the contract or, failing that, on the day on which the PUBLIC BODY issues the notice of awarding to the CONTRACTOR. The work will be carried out during the summer season and according to the school calendar of the Service Center from June 25 to August 22, 2026 inclusive. 1. The work must begin on June 25, 2026. 2. Receipt of the works with reservations, no later than August 22, 2026. 3. Date of receipt without reservation of all works, no later than 10 December 2026. The contractor must respect the schedule prescribed in the CSSDGS contract documents. TENDER GUARANTEE The BIDDER must accompany its Submission with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Submission.
