Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Replace the existing natural gas fired backup generator with a new Critical Power Generator for the entire facility and Project Site including new generator, temporary backup generator, installation, wiring, conduit, specialties, site excavation, concrete patching and repairs, minor HVAC revisions, new MDP Panel, ATS (Owner Furnished), start-up, warrantees, minor demolition, minor concrete work, Utility Company Fees and coordination, project phasing, (including temporary power as required to maintain full facility operation.). The work will be completed in two phases. PHASE 1: This Phase will include construction of the entire project less the final installation of the specified generator. A temporary 480v-3ph generator will be provided by the SOM for use until the permanent generator will be delivered to the site. It will be the contractor's responsibility to receive, install, provide all necessary temporary wiring and controls, and 400 gallons of fuel for the operation of this generator. A Phase 1 Punch List will be performed, and Substantial Completion Certificate issued. PHASE 2: Completion of this Phase will include final installation of the specified generator including final wiring and controls, startup, fueling, and warrantees. A Phase 2 Punch List will be performed, and Substantial Completion Certificate issued. FILE NUMBER: 171/22090.HJD
