ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 5:00pm local time DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Loading dock upgrades at the Record Center, including; the removal of the existing concrete loading dock ramp and the installation of a new concrete ramp and required safety railings, removal of two existing short term storage overhead door systems and dock levelers and the infilling of the masonry walls and concrete floor, removal of two existing long term storage overhead door systems and dock levelers and the infilling of the masonry walls and concrete floor, and removal and replacement of four existing insulated overhead door systems LEIN CHECK (Dept. of Corrections ONLY) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through.
