Furnishing Of All Labor, Tools, Materials, Equipment and Supervision Necessary for the Project Known as Ray Mellert Park Site Improvements, City of Medina The Final Completion Date for the Project Is November 30, 2022; However, the Bidder's Will Be Given the Opportunity to Submit an Earlier Completion Date, if They Desire. Completion Date Will Be One of the Factors Utilized By the City of Medina When Evaluating Bids. The Bidder Must Submit a Completion Date With the Bid Submitted. This Project Is Partially Funded Through an Ohio Department of Natural Resources (Odnr) State Capital Grant. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond, in the Amount of 10 Percent of the Total Amount Bid, Made Payable to the City of Medina, Ohio as Guarantee That, if the Bid Is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into With the City Within Thirty (30) Days and Its Performance Secured by A Performance Bond in the Amount of 100 Percent of The Contract Price, and in Default Thereof, Said Check Or Bond Will Be Forfeited to The City of Medina as Liquidated Damages. In Addition Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit. The City of Medina Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bidding.
