Cedar St. Owasso, Oklahoma 74055 This project includes construction management services for the following: Owasso Fire Station # 1 - estimated square footage of 5,151 sq. ft for the office and living quarters, 3,444 sq. ft for the apparatus bay, and 896 sq. ft for the storage building. Owasso Fire Station # 2 - estimated square footage of 8,000 sq. ft for the office and living quarters and 2,668 sq. ft for the apparatus bay. The renovation project will incorporate: Updating and replacing exterior and interior finishes Demolition of current interior building floor plan Construction of newly designed building floor plan Offices, Bathrooms, Bunk Rooms, Cabinetry, Apparatus Bay, other Upgrading the electrical and mechanical components, as needed. Exterior site work The selected firm shall carry out the responsibilities delineated in the scope of services set forth below. Such services shall be performed with the highest standard of care for professionals performing similar scopes of services.
