TRASH REMOVAL FOR DISTRICT BEGINNING JULY 1, 2022 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2025 Bids may be mailed, addressed to the Board Business Administrator to P.O. Box 309, Buena, NJ 08310 and Bids may be hand/courier delivered to the Board Business Administrator at 914 Main Avenue, Richland, New Jersey. Bids must be contained in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid for TRASH REMOVAL FOR DISTRICT". Bidders are responsible for delivering their bids at the correct time and place. Bids sent by mail or other delivery service shall be enclosed in a second envelope clearly marked as above noted. The Board is not responsible for bids not received at the correct time or place. Late bids will not be considered. Specifications and bidding documents may be examined during normal office hours at the office of the Business Administrator, 914 Main Avenue, Richland, New Jersey. All bids shall be made on the bid form provided in the specifications and the manner prescribed in the Specifications and Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in bidding. If the contract is awarded, it shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and qualified bidder or bidders as set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18.
