The purpose of these specifications is the completion of a service type contract for the period through June 30, 2023, with two (2) optional one-year renewal through June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2025. After the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall provide emergency, maintenance and small job services defined by plans and/or narrative issued for each job, based on unit prices. Invoices will be paid for actual labor and materials used. All invoices must have supporting documentation attached. This work will be performed at the main Middlesex College campus in Edison, New Jersey and New Brunswick Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Physical Education and Edison Hall buildings will not be part of the scope of work until July 1, 2023, but will be added onto the scope of work for additional optional years. The quote award shall be made on the basis of a model of the total cost of the base period (award through June 30, 2023) and/or all periods, in any combination that yield the lowest total cost to the College. e. Submit all questions via the Bonfire Opportunity Q&A by the question deadline of December 20, 2022 by 4:00 p.m.
