Water Treatment Plant Radio System Upgrade at the following six (6) Sites in the Town of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia: .1 Yarmouth Water Treatment Plant, 1046 Lake, George, Rd., Brenton, Yarmouth, NS B5A 5L6 .2 PRV Station. .3 Pleasant St. Reservoir. .4 Forrest St. Reservoir. .5 Glebe St. Reservoir. .6 Pleasant St. Flow Meter. Hands you herewith by way of Tender Security a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque or irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Amount Payable on the understanding that in the event of this tender not being accepted by you, then this Tender Security will be returned to the undersigned Tenderer either at the time that the Contract is entered into with some other Tenderer, or at the expiration of validity of this tender, whichever is the sooner. Agrees prior to commencement of the Work, to provide to the Owner a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Total Amount Payable or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of 20% of the Total Amount Payable.
