No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. DMAVA is soliciting bid proposals for prime consultant design services. Bidders must be prequalified in the following classification pursuant to regulations by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Bidders are required to submit a copy of the DPMC prequalified classification with their bid. The following classification is required: Architecture (P001) The Prime Architect shall also be required to submit prequalified firms for Civil Engineering (P0005), Electrical Engineering (P002), Fire Protection Systems (P044), HVAC Engineering (P003), Mechanical Engineering (P008), Plumbing (P004), and Structural (P007).
