Audiovisual Design, Construction Administration, and Procurement of Goods and Services for the Summit County Health Department Conference Room Technology Upgrade Project. Summit County Health Department is seeking proposals for the following services: Audiovisual Design, Construction Administration, and Procurement of Goods and Services for the Summit County Health Department Conference Room Technology Upgrade Project. The intent of the project is to update the audio/visual elements of the Summit County Health Department (SCHD) conference rooms to meet current and future needs associated with SCHD emergency operations, daily needs and general Summit County business. The project will combine room controls and AV into a single device with an easy-to-use Graphic User Interface (GUI). The system for the conference room will be a multipurpose system that will function for meetings, trainings, video conferencing, council meetings, and an Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The system will consist of multiple displays, physical and wireless inputs, video cameras, and other systems to help facilitate the rooms' function. The system will be state of the art with room to grow and expand as technology changes. The right is reserved by the County to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or technicality or to accept proposals deemed in the best interest of the County.
